was there today. insulted by a bloke called Terry in a wheelchair in esquires as I attempted to eat a sandwich. then his mate called me ' not a full shilling ' I call that anti social and rude to a 72 year old pensioner with lots of health issues. In fact that's discrimination against an oap on a lot of medication. Then a so called assistant manager accused me of bad language when I said Blasted and refused to acknowledge he was rude and wrong when I rang the Cornmill to complain.Apparently his name is Wayne.Ive been going there for many years and have never been so insulted in all my life.3ven cancelled a very important eye check at vision express who certainly see a lot of wrong uns going in.No way HE was going to accept he was wrong. Horrible experience altogether.I probably will never ever set foot in there again. My dog pram is a walking aid.And I hate people who think they have a god given right to poke there hands in his pram.Usually thick adults who say does he bite, and I say no but I do.Its certainly gone downhill rapidly and demanding my phone number IS NOT ON.Anyway he repeated it back wrongly so God alone knows who he is going to ring.Horrid experience altogether today.Justin is lovely.I just hope esquires know they have robbed them of my custom and also Greggs which,by they way was far nicer where it was before.I happen to live in Darlington and have for many years in various properties I have been bullied out of.Well not this one.And when I say they can go and do one it's a cockney expression cos that's where I was born.

Excellent little shopping centre. Darlington has loads to see. Take a visit & you'll see up & coming Railway Museum, modernisation of Darlingtons Railway station. Shopping centres to keep you happy. Give it try.

Same old shops selling the same old things. Nothing fashionable, nothing catering for those that prefer to dress smart and different to anyone else

Good choice of stores and the serviceable areas are very clean. Handy place to duck into on a rainy afternoon.

The grandson is off on his first foreign holiday, we took him to get euros in the cornmill, the man behind the counter was very helpful. Went to next and bought grandson some t shirts, all in all it was pleasant experience, in the cornmeal.

This isn't as much a testament to the experience itself, but it's one of the first places I ever went with the love of my life. I owe it some credit for that.More relevant to everyone else, they have pretty much everything you need here, in a convenient and central location - it's a shopping centre, really, and I have no qualms with it.

Located in the middle of the town centre. Variety shopping facilities are available. Accessible by public transport. There is a taxi rank near there.Next, JD sports, mobile shops all are working here.Pubs, restaurants, take aways all are available in the surroundings.
