I would like to say that i have just had the best experience with a wonderful nurse. I have suffered with depression my whole life but i have never been spoken to on a level or ungerstood like i was today. Thankyou so much. I cant tell you how much it means.

We are leaving the practice this is not because of anything the gps have done wrong.Its because we are moving out of the area.The staff at Clifton Court have been excellent especially Dr Kinchen without her help understanding and someone who cares I believe my husband would not be here .I am just praying that our next gp will be understanding and we get the best care.I just want to finish this review in wishing all the staff our best wishes and a great big Thank You .Glynis and Pat Trainor .

waste of time if chronic ill , this is why people kill themselves fighting for some doctor even believe you if they do, don't look at symptoms or ask how it affects your life .

While I read negative reviews, I just felt I had to leave feedback from both my wife and I. We?ve both had relatively serious medical conditions lately alongside the usual menial concerns. We found that Clifton Court Medical Practice, its Doctors, nurses and staff have always dealt with our issues professionally and sensitively and always within a very short time frame. With the pressures of everyday living right now, I take off my cap to this practice and whole heartedly applaud then for their fantastic service. I?m extremely pleased to be a patient/client of this practice as I hear from many friends around the country that their practice does not offer the same level of service. I was treated by Dr Kinchin, who treated me with sensitivity and respect. I cannot speak too highly of her. I have had excellent experiences with every doctor who I have had appointments with.

Find it frustrating the time delay to get answers,Dr's speak through reception or nurses, rarely get to see speak to a Dr anymore and always feel fobed off.Well eventually someone talked to me,no u nderstanding of My condition or how to help,had to tell them how my condition causes pain etc,fought to get antibiotics,but they happy to keep pumping me full of strong pain killers and inflationary drugs which will be causing more damage to my kidney.Needs overall on hoentst

Doctor has had me on sick leave for 3months, no consultation or follow ups, you follow instructions to get sicknotes in time and they still manage to mess it up, this affects sick pay and causes extreme anxiety will be changing surgery as soon as possible

Very friendly nurses, helpful and kind, lovely front desk staff as well, was with them for 5 years since moved to this town, thank you to you all and thank you NHS.

Try to call the place they say they are open but the phone is constantly busy like they don't even answer them or keep them off the hook then the appointments I get they are busy but for a emergency appointment to be booked 3 days later is a joke and the call backs they call you for 20 seconds then hang up!

Patients are treated with contempt. Once an appointment's been made, you HAVE to check-in at reception upon arrival because it's assumed that as you're an NHS patient, you'll probably not turn up on time, if at all.Doctors are often arrogant and unhelpful.The telephone system continually reminds callers about what will happen if any abusive language or 'words that might cause distress' are uttered.To receive a telephone call as a lazy alternative to a face-to-face appointment, the time/date slot is a general morning or afternoon on the day, rather than even a short time-frame window.EVERY appointment I've had has run excessively late.

Delayed communication, 7 days before you can speak to a doctor regarding an issue, calls not returned, delayed diagnosis as after 2 yrs of explaining the problem is from my heart and lungs am still not getting anywhere. Independentaly asked others about the practice and not one had a good thing to say about it.This is my honest opinion and true to date and not written in anger but as someone whom is suffering a horrible condition that is affecting my life on a day to day and getting no where after 2 yrs.
