Went in to buy a gift for someone on the 13th close to closing, due to the person collecting what I was going to buy I asked if this was the last one and she said no there is more out the back so in fear of the person buying it themselves I left it, after speaking to who I was going to buy it for I thought I would go down the next morning (9am) and buy the collectible, I was told this is the last one and that she couldn?t find the box and wouldn?t be able to look properly till 11am when the second person came in she didn?t offer to take my number to contact me when she found it it was just a simple sorry I can?t find it, this is bad organisation, management and also customer service and at this time of year should there not be 2 people at all times, is it even safe for your colleague?s to be working alone? You seem like a poor company as a customer and employee.
