“Absolutely my knights in shining armour as this is the only dealer in the UK and beyond that had a part available for my car! (Not even our kia dealers could source one!) Found on a off chance after searching and searching for days to find this part I shot over an enquiry and it was answered the very next morning, Rhys called me to say not only the part I'm after is available but one on the shelf for even cheaper and could be posted that day! If only he could see me jump for joy on the other end of the phone! “This is a review mainly for Joanne Hope. From the get go she was a fantastic person to be around. Never hounded us but was always there to answer questions we had.

I was due to collect the car at a certain time and contact was maintained throughout the process. She kept us up to date with what was happening and I even brought the collection day forward which would have been an inconvenience for Joanne but she assured me it wasn't.

This woman went above and beyond for us even stayed after closing time to help us take the car home that day. I was running late and told her a time I'd be there but I was late due to traffic but she stayed and helped us which I appreciate very much.

We had a few things that needed sorting which was agreed upon sale but with us taking the car early meant that I'd have to call back to get these sorted. As of today 30/8/2025 these have been sorted and we are very happy with everything.

Joanne is a talented sales person and isn't pushy which I prefer when buying or browsing for a vehicle. She is very knowledgeable and explains every bit of service available to you before purchasing.

If you visit the showroom look out for Joanne.
