Second time I have used Burts for my carpets in 15yrs.Customer service given by same people Rob and Trevor and remains as good as ever, so helpful and so explanatory. Quality of carpets is excellent as well as choice. I didn?t feel forced into any purchase and I browsed in the shop over 2 days with comfort before making my purchase. Nothing is too much for these lovely guys.

Great carpet and flooring company, you can always find what you're looking for. Anybody out there whose looking for anything in flooring, don't hesitate to get yourself down there. We are going to really miss Malcolm when he retires, he's a smashing bloke and will be dearly missed. His successor seems to be lovely too. Looking forward to going back soon.

Just had completion of my landing and living room carpet from Burts. From beginning to end the service has been top notch. Loads of choice and staff have brilliant knowledge of being able to direct you to what you may be looking for rather than being daunted by the choice. Fitters were lovely and did a brilliant job. Attention to detail was obvious by the end result.

Andy & Dave fitted our new stair carpet & underlay and vinyl flooring to the kitchen/utility/toilet. They did an excellent job. Very friendly, fast workers. From first entering their shop, choosing the carpet to final fitting, we would definitely recommend Burts carpets of Darlington and their carpet fitters. Top notch from start to finish.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great advice and no pressure sales from Rob in store. Competitive quote, and the fitters did a great job. Carpet looks great on stairs and landing. Will certainly be returning for future carpet purchases.

Excellent friendly and efficient service from Rob today, my husband and myself wanted a bedroom carpet, with underlay and fitting by a particular date to coincide with time off work ,Rob calculated the amount of carpet we'd need and made sure it was ordered quickly to be fitted when we needed!! Great service .
