Very rude Staff

Staff unhelpfull we wanted to buy a table chairs and a display unit costing in total £210.
They said they would only deliver on Monday and that's it well fair to say when u work full time its not helpful.
Lady was rude and didn't seem to understand that we can just leave work for over 30 mins to have stuff delivered and then return back to work.
Tried to get it delivered for a different Monday so we could arrange time off work and she point blanked rushed stating where note a store house.
It's no wonder this place gets a massively low start rating.

Supremely rude staff. Went in with the intention of volunteering my time, found out I had a full time job, lost interest immediately there after even Though I highlighted initially it'd only be a day here and there to which she said that's OK and then went on to figure out I was in ft employment. Well, ill give my time elsewhere and never support this store ever again.

Great shop, next day delivery, got a decent sofa for cheap price, delivery drivers were amazing in getting sofa into flat despite v difficult twists and turns. Great job guys! Thank you much.

Donated a significant amount of items 18 months ago when we downsized our house and everyone was lovely. Telephoned today to try and arrange drop off of further donations and all I got was a very rude response. Don't understand what's changed, but won't donate anything again ever.

One star only staff r very rude misible ignorant t not the word say the furniture is new when it's got a coffee stain on it at £375 X won't reduce it I don't recommend at all prices r to high when they get it for nothing X it's a second hand shop rude rude rude staff

I understand the charity part of the heart Foundation but the prices in the shop on goods are totally ridiculous, also some products like fridges/ fridge freezers are not always cleaned and absolutely stink.
