Booked a hearing test and the staff went to the wrong store, after already wasting my time by previously booking the wrong appointment length and having to rebook. , wasting me a half days wages and travel costs as 20 miles away for the second time. No apologies no sorry just did I want to rebook, No I won't be coming back.

Went for my sons prescription, got told I was starving another baby because my son had ran out of milk because they haven?t ordered it yet, the perscription was done by the doctor in front of us 2 weeks prior. They?ve also sold his prescriptions plenty of times and it?s beyond a joke. Other people complaining about the perscription services while I was in there, a man was screaming and got his first while the other one ran off.

Had to transfer my prescription to Northgate boots as the high row branch was hardly ever open. I've noticed on several occasions that items have been missing when I've collected my prescription. This has happened again today. I've rang the store several times but they just won't answer the phone. I think I might just transfer my prescription to Rowlands chemist.

Positively the least helpful, most self absorbed chief pharmacist in the North East. Inefficient, unfriendly and of questionable competency. Use only as a last resort.
