Good big b&m, great store, give it a go ?

Horrendous customer service, rude and unprofessional staff. We were browsing the garden solar panel lights which yes did involve us picking some of them up to look at them (which I wasn?t aware you weren?t allowed to do anymore) and a member of staff rudely came up behind me and abruptly told me to stop picking them up and accused me of opening the all of the boxes and ripping them. I let him know I did nothing of the sort. This is the same member of staff who was throwing empty boxes from the shelf on the floor loudly and kicking them down the aisle towards and around us while we were shopping! As if this wasn?t bad enough when we were trying to pay, another staff member behind the till didn?t acknowledge us and was shouting past us over to another staff member about where the security guard was and accusing other customers who were leaving of being shoplifters. It was all very unprofessional and no thought or consideration for providing any level of good customer service.
