Best Kebabs? More like worst kebab! With even worse service!
Ordered through just eat whilst staying at the local Croft Racing Circuit, my ?large? kofte kebab was inedible, it was tasteless and felt like I was chewing rubber. It looked like the frozen square sausages sold from a supermarket of which there was 2 very thin pieces of meat on top of approximately 12 -15 cold grease soaked chips. Even the salad was not good! I contacted the restaurant to be met with rude customer service stating that if I am not happy then I should Bin my meal and next time to check the menu which I found very offensive! after having spent over £90 on multiple items from the menu (which I must not have read) I was not even offered the courtesy of replacement meal and when asked for a refund for the 1 kebab meal they refused! I asked for the boss/manager and was told he?s not there I asked for a contact number as I would like to make a complaint and he said he hasn?t got a number then hung up!
The rest of the order average at best, cold soggy chips, flattened kebab meals and pizzas were extra greasy
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Dealt really well with a family of drunk people. Even though they were really unreasonable and slapped the server twice, still refunded money. Well handled by all staff and food is class.

Had a chicken sandwich to go with a drink as a package. It was a good meal with a decent portion size. Tasty and good.

Ordered through just eat, the order was duplicated due to glitches, was charged for both orders only received one of the orders and justeat won?t refund me my money back so now I?ve paid £61 for 4 wraps 2 garlic breads and 4 cans of Pepsi.

Would give zero stars if I could. 'Best Kebab' more like 'Worst Kebab'. I understand it's a busy time of year but the man on the phone was EXTREMELY rude, told me "No delivery now" when I was only inquiring about my order I had placed two hours earlier and was marked as delivered when it hadn't been. I've absolutely no issue with places being busy so long as they keep you properly informed as I've never had an issue quite like this place before. When the food eventually did arrive, it was stone cold. Plus the most pathetic looking burger I've ever seen. Definitely won't ever be using this place again.

The worst pizza i ever had full of oil and tasteless ? we all felt it was horrible and the chilli sauce was awful and garlic sauce taste so bad plus the donner kebab was like card board. I regret ordering here tonight it ruined our night.

RACIST staff. I asked if there were any promotions prior to ordering. "No promotions after 12am". OK fine, no problem.I then proceeded to order a calzone whereby I can chose any four toppings. When I asked the staff to explain the toppings I got asked "have you never been to a pizza shop before""Ofcourse I have but I haven't physically seen the toppings so I would like a little guidance please" I responded.Then the main guy taking the orders said something along the lines of "are you not British/ you don't know how to speak English"I immediately thought to myself. I'm being victimised because I wanted to know what the toppings were. It wasn't even that busy. I took my business down the road to speedy pepper ( No racism there).

I did my order on the 25th December from just eat. And they said they have delivered it but they haven?t!! They have either not delivered or given it to someone else in the flat
