Visting Darlington on Business and going to the Theatre I needed somewhere to eat. It was empty at 4pm and I was met with a friendly young woman who was happy to chat a nd take my order. I wasn't impressed with this food chain a year or so ago (different location). The food was very nice.

Food just rubbish looked dry and warmed up! Barely warm. Not enough cheese on pizza! We were the only 2 in there so it should have been spot on! Staff lovely only reason I did not complain! And very clean.

3 adults and two children. Walked in, seated quickly as not busy, Saturday afternoon. Food is expensive and you have to now pay for sauces to go with the overpriced food. Limited menu if you don't like tomato based foods. Starters were nice. 3 pizzas ordered, and they were average. Starters ordered as couldnt find a main worththe moneyor without tomato base. Pizzas average and had better from dominos. Had to ask a couple of times for the sauces to be delivered before the pizza had been eaten. Wouldn't bother to go to this chain again.

Had pizza with chicken and mushrooms. Thick with salt , it was inedible. Paid and left . I?m still drinking water to alleviate the after effects .

Casual but lovely italian, looked after very well by Amber. Our group of 16 had pre ordered, meaning everything was smooth and on time. Tasty food, could do with some different Italian draught lagers.... But a sweet pre theatre early dinner space. Thankyou

Amazing food and service,all the staff,would go back again ? from our son Ethan (11yrs) The staff couldn't of been more helpful and totally accommodating our requests as our son has sensory issues and didn't like some of the ingredients which they were more than happy to change. Special mention to Amber , and Lauren and the manager (sorry we didn't catch her name)

Just been to this restaurant for a dinner with my family. Ordered some carbonaras which were absolutely delicious. And we came in asking if we can have smth cooked really fast because we had to catch our last bus home. The man greeted us with a smile and understanding the situation and our meal was ready in about 5ish minutes

Pre booked a table prior to the cinema. Young girl took us to our seat. We waited 15 minutes not one member of staff spoke a word to us. We decided to place our order on line as time was pressing on. 1/2 hour we then had to ask for our drink that we had ordered 15 minutes prior. Starters arrived prior to drinks arriving. One of our party of 4 was not having a starter. We had asked that her main arrive at the same time as our starter. How that translated was our starters and main course arrived for the whole party of 4 at the same time. The guy on shift was apologetic when delivering our meals to the table with the mix up. Two young girls wandering aimlessly around the place with zero interaction with customers. We had ordered from the set menu. Don?t expect it to set the world on fire, starter was s small portion and bland. Main pasta dish however was good. Service diabolical Food mediocre Much better places to go in Darlington. It was a convenient option for the cinema visit. I wouldn?t bother again. God help them when it?s actually busy.

Brilliant customer service from Annabelle and Lauren, chatty, friendly and attentive. Always making time to speak with customers, whilst delivering hot food on time and with such lovely manners! Me and my friends felt very comfortable speaking with them, and their professional work ethic made our dining experience a breeze! We will all be back very soon :)

Great dining experience, our server Laura was lovely and provided the best service. Props to David and Zion the chefs for amazing food, the new dessert pizzas are a must have!

On a recent visit to Darlington, we ordered a takeaway. Having given clear instructions re entrance to out apartment, We waited over an hour for our food to arrive and finally found the food left in bags on next doors doorstep. Freezing cold and poor value for money. Would not recommend.

We were taken to a table with the restaurant pretty empty. The table and floor were filthy. Food all around the floor where we were seated and food on the seats. I wiped the seats down while the waitress watched and although loads of free tables we weren?t offered a new table. She told us she would be back to clean the area and never returned. The waitress serving us was good but the fact we couldn?t sit down without standing on food all over the floor really was disappointing. Won?t be going back.
