We went for Sunday dinner with the children. All I can say the food wasn?t great yesterday. Orderd three roast beef dinner. The beef was more like a steak that had been. Sliced. Roast potatoes. Not nice. Also order two. Sausage and mash dinners. Mash was horrible and sausages had no taste. Both kids left. There?s Husband Reyes sausage. And said no taste to them. The other child had burger and chips and he said it was fine
This is a first for having a disappointing dinner from here Usually they are nice. But this put us off going again

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Leanne and Lisa as always. Ordered a steak and the steak came exactly how I ordered it. Couldn?t have asked for more from the young ladies that served me. Would definitely come back again.

I had too wait with my family 10 minutes before I was shown a table, the food was good but not a buffet as expected and had to wait 10 minutes for more bread for toast and ran out of yoghurt for my grandson. It clearly could be seen that the staff were over worked. Would I go back in the future, possibly?

Been here quite a few times.
Today, Christmas Day, was fantastic.
Staff were working their socks off with the full restaurant.
Everything was well organised and no waiting. I expected some slight delays, bu t none.
The Christmas lunch was really good and plenty of it, especially the beef which was cooked perfectly. Really nice all around.
Thanks to the staff for making it a really great day for us and my 91 years old mother whose birthday was today.
Nice to see the manager getting stuck in, too. 8 very happy customer's.

Working away from home I stayed in the premier inn I had the most simple meal burger and chips and pudding and custard both starter and main were cold and of poor quality barge was no better that McDonald?s pudding and custard both starter were bland

This place is an unexpected culinary gem! Absolutely not what I expected to experience from a Beefeater attached to a Premier Inn in the middle of an industrial estate, but I've had two meals there in a row and both were absolutely spot on!
The chicken burger was tender and well cooked and sits up there with one of the best I've ever had. Then there was the surf and turf - juicy tender prawns, nicely cooked veg, crispy calamari and perfect medium rare steaks.
No disrespect to a Beefeater, but the chefs are destined for bigger things!

Went for early evening meal after picking up grandchildren from school. No one in except for us still it took until nearly 5.30pm until desert arrived and then waitress got order wrong. Service and customer service as poor as it gets on this occasion. Will not be returning.

Whet for an early evening meal on a Friday, 7 adults and a 2 year old, my mum has dementia and Sam who served us was great with her, this allowed me to relax and enjoy a wonderful meal. Two of us tried something from the festive menu and it looked and I have been told tasted good too. Sam made sure we had all we needed and even put up with our 2 year old chatting to her. A lovely evening, thank you.
