Lucy in Darlington has been fabulous!We have had a problem with a leaking tap and after searching countless other suppliers in Darlington for a new cartridge but getting nowhere fast, we come across Bathroom World and (thankfully) Lucy.I cannot thank you enough; although you were unable to find the cartridge we needed in stock, you took the time to help us find the correct one online / order it and have it delivered to our home address - it has come today and after fitting, the tap once again works a dream!Thank you for taking the time out of your day to go above and beyond for us - extremely grateful!
