I needed to hang a television on the wall.So i went to the darlington, B&Q. A helpful young man appeared (I wish I had got his name) As he was advising us .He asked a one of his colleagues Mark Who sorted us out and gave some great advice. Mark had extensive knowledge and helped us .It was above and beyond service from both assistants. Thank you

My partner & l went to B & Q Darlington & asked a man called Daniel on Plumbing department for some advice & Daniel said have you looked at our products, my partner asked him if he had any other sizes. Daniel looked at me & said is he with you insinuating my partner was senile, I said there is nothing wrong with my partner & he was perfectly capable of speaking for himself.
We eventually left & later realised Daniel had kept our part we brought in as a template. Daniel needs to have more training in customer service.

Went into Darlington Kitchen store today and was helped by Michelle. Not only did this lady remember us from previous visits but she went above and beyond with our kitchen order. Michelle helped us find the right fittings and even went and found our shopping for us round the rest of store. ( my husband has had a stroke) Michelle was helpful, professional and caring to us both. It is not often you find staff like this and feel I need to thank her for her help and consideration. We will always return to this store now as she has made our shopping experience so good.

Been ere last week great place massive though a staff had a fork lift truck working I was thinking 4 him 2 give me a lift around the shop it's that big infact it's massive place 2 visit fantastic staff

Mildred is a credit to B&Q Darlington. Her knowledge when choosing the right paint colour and optimal lighting was exceptional. She involved my son in the paint mixing process which he loved and made the whole experience a pleasure!

Visited today for the first time in a couple of years. Blue badge parking space was available, which I needed. It would be helpful if you could exit from the entrance doors, though, as it just adds extra walking time, which is a nuisance when suffering mobility issues. Had what I needed in stock. Used self-service till and was quick and easy to use. Staff were helpful at till points. Only criticism is I could not find a staff member on the shop floor resulting in a lot of walking round looking for the items I needed.
