Don?t answer the phone at all the are so rude and they don?t know how to pick a phone up it is really shocking how they treat me every time I try to get through I can?t it is the worse pharmacy ever all they do is think about them self?s

Not a good experience, medication almost never ready or in stock, despite being a repeat script AND me calling in the day before and being told it would be ready. Then member of staff thought it prudent to infer I was a liar and got rather irate. I also got rather heated (which I'm not proud of) and tried to get the relevant information from another member of staff who just seemed lost. Was told I would recieve a call later the same day to confirm medication had been delivered and could be collected but haven't heard anything as yet.

I just had a horrible experience at the Pharmacy. I came in for my flu jab appointment shortly past 11 AM, I was running late, worn out as my little one has a cold and is teething right now. I was trying to get attention of the staff but they completely ignored me. While in the queue, I noticed a QR to register my details before the jab so I stopped to scan it. Meanwhile, the customer in front of me moved further ahead and a different one jumped the queue walking past me. I explained to him I was just scanning the QR code but he said I wasn?t in the queue, I was just taking a picture and he doesn?t care. He started to argue with me that I was taking a picture and he?s not letting me to talk to the staff so I snapped and used a few rude words to him which I?m not proud of, desperate and on the verge of a breakdown. I?m autistic, life is enough hard when you don?t receive clear instructions. The younger woman said she was going to serve him first ?for his confidentiality? because he was there first and told me to go to the end of the queue. She didn?t want to listen to what happened. Only when my partner was next, the doctor told him you don?t need to queue for the jab. My partner tried to explain to the woman serving at the till what happened, that the man skipped the queue earlier but she just rudely answered ?let?s agree to disagree? without investigating what happened. She should work on her customer service skills before she continues serving at the till. Where I work, we investigate and not give a poor tired mother an evil stare and send them to the end of a queue when they?re overdue their flu jab in the consultation room.
She never told me I don?t need to queue for the flu jab nor asked if there was anyone queuing for a flu jab and there was no sign saying you don?t.
I add an extra star for the pharmacist who administered the flu shot, he was clear, fast, efficient and polite. Thank you sir.

Ordered a repeat prescription in plenty of time 3days before went to collect the day after medication should have been ready. When getting there I was told no medication had been delivered. You have nothing but issues with this Pharmacy. Avoid using

Never had any issues, they are usually quite busy but always polite, I would recommend calling ahead to make sure they have everything as they are only a small pharmacy

Absolutely shocking service!!! I Have been set up with a repeat prescription service at asda Darlington and to get my prescription ordered I need to call 2 to 3 days before to order, this is not a problem with me until you try to call them !!! I have been calling for the past 5 days and no answer and if they do answer they put the photo down on you! This has happened for the last 4 months its not just this month.i have now been without my medication for 3 days and still no answer I work away from home and can't get into the pharmacy in person. DO NOT USE I WILL BE MOVINH AND REPORTING THIS BRANCH WHEN BACK
