I used to always shop here in store, but for the past year, I have done click and collect or delivery. Often has a lot of substitutes or unavailable items, which means I have had to start using somewhere else. My Son frequently pops in store for me to collect or return parcels and purchase a few bits and has found a couple of staff members to be unhelpful. There is never space available in blue badge bay which I need and the cars parked in them very rarely have blue badges displayed, same with parent parking. This needs monitoring as it is unacceptable.

I been to the store today along with my 2 years old daughter, and I had the worst customer service I ever had ,while I do my shopping my little girl asked me of a banana so I took one from the banana bag, which at the cashier will be scanned as a full bag and I will be charged for it not per asingl banana.However at sudden I surprise with the manager and the security guard which caused me stolen one banana without knowing I already paid so thy start taking about Haugen reasons when they fund them self wrong even if you looked to the store you will find it far away from hugeness and full of disgusting dust all over the shelves. It was really Asda store iwill never compare it to Morrison where the supply the kids with all fruits for free but I think because we are foreigners been treated like how I explained.

Travelled across town to buy something that was heavily advertised online.
None on the shelf so went to Customer Services to ask if they were in stock.
Managed to get the attention of one member of staff who were talking between themselves. We were advised to go home and buy it online, even though we were there in store and it was still available under click and collect at this location. Poor.
