Well I find it?s a lovely shop.Great prices and easy to get to from where I live.Andrew is a lovely young man and my support and assistance dog very welcome.Its a lovely clean store as opposed to Morrisons just over the road which smells awful and the toilets are sometimes shut.

The store manager has been the most rude man I have ever met in retail! He just shouted at my mother in law and my partner. I am absolutely livid about the sheer lack of decency the management of this store have. The reason my mother in law entered the store is because of them forcing my partner to leave for having his emotional support animal with him.

Almost no tills open even at busy times, self-checkouts keep failing, not enough staff to fix them when they fail.
By the time I gave up and walked out, there was a long queue and at least four people stuck standing about waiting for the one member of staff to fix their self checkouts.
Aldi, you're penny-pinching so much, you're losing customers.
