Pharmacist is a lier. Refused to sell me tablets clsiming only allowed for dental pain. Doctors and other pharmacist have told me he blatantly lied and has no reason to refuse me.

Flu jab season so I duly book online. Appointment available next day, brilliant!Arrive for the jab the next day only to be told they have no vaccines available.Waste of time.

Poor! Took my elderly parents there yesterday, all the way from Prudhoe for their covid boosters only to be told on arrival that their appointments had been cancelled! No attempt had been made to contact them for appointments that had been made WEEKS in advance. Cold unapologetic attitude from staff blaming the NHS.

Negative feedback no stars, the lady behind the counter, is discriminatory and talks down to you in front of people even when other customers are around, she doesn't give you a chance to talk, and loudly discuss your private problem's in front of people, so when the other customers laughs at the way she's talking to you, she'll laugh too, she makes you feel so small, just horrible.

Great chemist. Always have my medication ready on time. You don't have to wait ages for it like other chemists. Very friendly staff.
