Absolutely awful service. Not once has this optician kept an appointment. Without fail they call a few days before the appointment to say no optician is available. Not good enough. Go elsewhere

Quick appointment great care given by staff there was only one person on due to staff shortages she was extremely busy but found time to spend with me. From pretest to choosing glasses optician was great took her time solid advice great service all round

I've been today for a eye test it's was my very first one and I'm 54 I was so nervous, but the staff was so great and put me at ease within 5 mins of getting there. They done my test there was no pressure to buy any glasses. So I would recommend any one to go so thanks to the manger who was great with me and the young lady who also dealt with me a maasive thank you

Poor unprofessional manager. Nice optician, lovely smiling, friendly staff, all the young lady's were really lovely however let down, by an abrupt, rude, sales woman of a manger. Optican asked a member of staff to give take my messuarments due to the glasses I wanted being £230 more in VE & The lenses also being £90 more. The young lady was going to but the manger over ruled this. I was also asked to go for a walk when I got there & some personal comments were made just before i left about my circumstances. Totally unprofessional & unreasonable. I went to specsavers & had no issues. Will not be returning. To Ve

The First Lady that did the eye pressure test was lovely she also helped me at the end paying for my glasses, however the man doing the actual eye test rushed through and felt like he did not want to be there or do the eye test.
