Made a payment for fuelAnd was told payment had not gone through?when it had?so the staff were really nice especially the girl on the late shift on Saturday who actually spoke common sense as she had my receipt and said actually you would not get a receipt if payment had failed?what can I say about the manager I think KEV needs to go back and learn how to be courteous to customers as his people skills are none existent.

I would like to take a moment to commend the Tesco Extra team for the excellent organisation and cleanliness consistently maintained throughout the store. The well-structured layout, neatly stocked shelves, and overall hygiene contribute to a very pleasant and efficient shopping experience. It is clear that great care is taken to ensure customers feel welcomed and comfortable during their visits.
As a regular customer and a Tesco Clubcard holder, I greatly appreciate the exclusive savings the Clubcard scheme provides. However, I would like to kindly suggest the possibility of expanding the range of discounted items or increasing the frequency of special offers available through the Clubcard. Doing so could further enhance customer satisfaction and encourage even greater loyalty to the Tesco brand.

A large and well stocked Tesco; very nice staff. Handy location and beautiful views from the car park. Made a great stop as we drove south from Scotland and worth a short diversion from the A68.

Tesco Extra has most items that other stores don't have; this is why I shop there.
If you want items at a fair & original price, get a Tesco club card.
I was disgusted that the Disabled parking bays weren't clear to park and too much snow,but everywhere else was parkable.

Need a pound/token for the trolley to which I did not have one. Asked members of staff if they could kindly get me one as I had my young child with me to which they could not. I was told to buy a trolley token from timpsons outside of store. They watched as i struggled around store with a heavy basket, bags and a young child.

Hadn't taken Tuesday's papers out of stand picked 3 up one of the supervisors was down right rude said she was doing the tills when the young lady on the till who did sort things out for me didn't even have any change she needed thing they need an overhaul of a few of the staff I shop there every week and have never been cast of as if I was a bit of trash so.thank you for. Being offesive. Clare and the lady that works there that was at the till needs to have a look at herself as well?
