The guy who served us was an absolute star! Extremely helpful and patient, he was able to tell us all the strange and unusual plumbing pieces we needed where we were pretty clueless, especially since the bespoke bathroom we were fitting is particularly different from what is standard.Many thanks Damon!

Not long to wait when I was collecting a part for my cooker. I did want some cup shaped handles for kitchen u it's but unfortunately they were out of stock and Also in the warehouse. Apart from that staff were lovely and helpful.
