What can I say. I've lived in my property for over 8 years and this is the worst letting agent I've ever been with. I've reported damp, cracked tiles, faulty cooker that electrocuted you when using. There's been a massive hole in my roof for the past 1-2 years. Honestly stay away from this con company. All they want is your money and that's it. You get inspectiong when the house is in total disrepair. Landlord put the rent up without any paper work or signatures. When I requested the money I over paid which was £625 all I got told it he isn't refunding you. Avoid like the plague. Also when I eventually left the property due to the disrepair they had the nerve to complain that the cooker wasn't clean even though the house is in total shambles. They get cowboy builders to do their dirty work and an absolute poor service. I have all proof of all this through photographs and emails.

Instead of acting in a professional manner you choose to do the opposite.I?m relieved I didn?t rent a property from a company who behaves so dishonestly.
