There seems to be a suspicious practice happening at LIDL in Consett. On multiple occasions, I?ve noticed that some products were scanned twice. Please be aware ? if you're doing a big shop, it's easy to miss this!
It also raises questions about their points system ? they offer 'free' products through the app, but could be making up for it by overcharging customers daily. This is a serious issue. They are aware of it, yet nothing is being done.
It's happened to me three times in the last six months, and I believe this should be reported under consumer protection laws.

New lidl to me, very clean, slightly different layout than I am used to. Helpful staff, and a very happy gentleman on checkout who made people smile ?, what more can you ask for. Grand!
