Called round various hairdressers on a Saturday morning to see if any had an appointment and Knutz were the only ones to suggest taking my number in case there was a cancellation. Great customer service and sure enough there was a cancellation! So pleased as my hair cut was fab. Just what I needed and wash/cut/blow dry done in just over half an hour. Super service all round. Really recommend them. (Cash/cheque only; no card payments.)
