Excellent service. We received friendly and helpful service from knowledgeable staff. After trying a few other sources -unsuccessfully - we were advised to try JT Dove (which we hadn't realised had a branch in Consett) and got exactly what we needed. The staff member knew exactly what we wanted. Very impressive service...
