Fantastic service from James and his team. I'd initially purchased my wood flooring from them and was so impressed with the level of service that I returned a few weeks later and purchased carpets for my bedroom, stairs and landing. Unfortunately there was an issue with the fitter so I visited the store and even though it was the fitters fault, James dealt with it immediately. I really can't recommend Franks enough!

Would review this as zero - the company expects the customer to revolve it not placing the customer 1st estimates for appointment they expect you to wait and be available for a whole day not professional at all
