“Having over the years been to several well known opticians and NEVER received the service or personal touch so I decided to try a smaller local optician.As the saying goes ….. I’ve obviously saved the best until last and definitely won’t be going anywhere else from now on.From the moment I walked through the door I felt comfortable and I wasn’t pressurized at all.I chose some frames the same day (absolute miracle for me) and Derek kindly saved them for me and he booked my eye test fir when it was a convenient time for me.During my conversation with Derek I mentioned I was having some issues with my new hearing aids which I’d recently purchased in Spain as this is where I’ve lived for past 20 years but more recently returned back here to look after my sick parents.I was told when James the Audiologist would be in next and I was given amy eye test appointment on the same day as James’s.James was also excellent and serviced my hearing aids whilst I had my eye test and then went through my phone setting to connect my hearing aids (some of which I wasn’t previously aware of)!So all in all I’ve got to give Derek, Janes and the Optician 12/10 Stars ⭐️I’m so impressed that I’ve refused to take my elderly Mum back to a more commercial Opticians as every time we have a nightmare as she has Macular Degeneration. From the caring, compassionate and professional service I’ve received at Specsure I’ve no hesitation in bringing mum next week for her eye test.”
