Purchased cushion flooring ? ordered 4x3 metres and when it arrived it was cut to 4 x 2.7mHouse was upside down and it was 4pm on a Friday night ?Fitter suggested we put a strip to cover the gap ?.Stupidly my husband agreedI called the shop and they are just really not interested . They said they would reorder a new piece .. then said they wouldn?tI?ve paid for 4x3m and have never got thatThey have refused a refundThey said our measurements were wrong and said they would need to come and measure ? then refused to come outReally really poor customer service and care and once they have your money they are not interested in helping youTotal con menCompany should be ashamed of themselves

Good choice of flooring and the salesman was happy to give money saving advice and flooring samples, Prices seem reasonable
