Phone numbers unavailable. Nowhere is Bob and lush pouches with lamb available if the are rediculous prices and with the gravy pouches which my dog hates.

our dogs love the food. shame prices of meat have gone up and they have had to stop the cooked meals at the moment. always been able to email and they always get back to us. Think some people have no idea that small businesses have only a limit to people and don't usually have someone on the phone waiting every call to come in

Previously ordered duck jerky via Amazon and the products were good. Recently placed order from them directly and 3 packs of venison sausages were mouldy which they have kindly refunded. Unfortunately 2 packs of duck jerky looked off as it has started discolour with light spots. It has never happened to previous duck jerky that I ordered before. Bob and lush response was that it was moisture and fat in the product and should be safe to consume. I have not taken the chance and thrown the product away, as I am not risky my pets health on treats that clearly look off.

Terrible experience. A good while ago I placed a large order. I encountered issues with it. After many phone calls and emails from the owner, a refund was granted. However, the owner felt that I should have funded the return postage out of my own pocket. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the company reluctantly agreed to cover the cost. However, when they received the parcel, they sent an email advising me that a number of the wet food pouches had arrived damaged on arrival, so they?d be deducting money from the refund total.Hmm, doesn?t quite add up I thought, given how they had made their unhappiness clear about covering the return courier cost and their original email said (quote) ? We will refund any unopened and not damaged items you return, at the price you paid for them.? Damaged items arriving didn?t even cross my mind.The two packaging boxes were sturdy and the items inside were all very well packaged, so the damage to sealed pouches was very unlikely. I thought this was very convenient given our previous discussions, but obviously I couldn?t prove it, so there wasn?t anything I could do.I didn?t appreciate (what appeared to be dishonesty) so wouldn?t ever recommend. I?m leaving this review now, because I saw the brand on a dog food comparison website and I remembered how appalling my experience was. I?m not expecting anything from this review, as long as it helps other customers to make an informed decision on which brand to use, it?s worth sharing my experience.*EDIT in response to your comment below* I'm definitely reviewing the correct company (Bob & Lush). I have email order confirmation & written communication between myself, your founder Anders & one of your customer service staff members. Hopefully things have improved now. At the time of ordering, you were not offering DPD collections.

We?ve been using bob&lush for years now and never had any issues with delivery. If I need to change anything or push back delivery I just email them and I get a reply within hours! The 1 star reviews are not fair in all honesty, customer service is great, just email if you can?t get through on the phone.the food is great too, treats are fab.

Both my dogs love this food and nice to be able to add some tasty extras from time to time with the toppers etc. The weight control salmon is great for my older boy who is food obsessed! Lovely customer service and any small issues with orders are swiftly dealt with ?

I love the new chef meals and my dog absolutely goes crazy for them, the customer services team are really nice as well I have spoken to them a few times and they have been really helpful with my orders. Massive thumbs up from me and I will be a returning customer in future.

I was unable to cancel my subscription as it didn't appear in my account area. So I removed my bank details to be on the safe side. Guess what, they still processed a repeat order for £100, after sending me a notification (although it wasn't correctly addressed to me) and from an email address that wasn't valid (not a 'no reply' email) when i tried to send a reply. I'm happy to retract this rating if they sort it out...........

After having our rescue pup for 3 weeks and finding that she hated/wouldn't eat anything we gave her, our trainer gave us a trial pack of Bob and Lush. it has been the first food that she actually eats properly ? we ordered her 4 bags of dry food and two boxes of gravy and the lovely people at Bob and Lush sent us a free bag of Duck Breast treats and a mug to measure out her food. thank you so much Bob and Lush we were genuinely getting worried about how little she was eating but now we can relax over Christmas knowing that she is eating properly ?
