“I came for an eyebrow wax with Ashley and she was cheery, friendly and I felt comfortable straight away. I've since been back for a Holywood wax and expressed my nerves having not had one before. She was patient and made sure I was comfortable, talked me through when it might be sensitive and did a great job distracting me!
