Great bar with a choice of 6 Real Ales. The Theskston Old Peculier and the Wainwright Amber Ale were particularly nice, as I?m told was the Guinness.

Probably haven't been in this pub in decades, went in tonight and was really pleasantly surprised!
Dog friendly, calming atmosphere, great music, very lovely friendly staff and really cool decor all around.

I adore this pub. It's a proper old fashioned cask ale pub full of friendly people and friendly staff. My wife and I visit every Friday, it's something we both really look forward to after a tough week. Relax, unwind and enjoy the fabulous ales on offer. Kelly keeps a fantastic cellar and is a bright ray of sunshine behind the bar. See you there ?
