Slowest service ever no organisation

Having been in the Chester le Street shop just before 10am a couple of days ago, items missing to be able to order.
Planned on ordering a sandwich so I could take it with me ready for lunch. (In advance I'll say the boards are advertising "order your breakfast" which makes a joke of the missing item)
I always order the chicken breast and chicken.
In front of me was a lad being served. So I was looking in the tubs as I'm waiting. I can only see about a 3cm piece of bacon in that tub.
The lass then looks to take my order, I asked if there was any more bacon..... to be told no (come on Subway.... no bacon near 10am and you're trying to promote breakfast..... I think it's more likely the member of staff couldn't be bothered to go and get another tub from out of the back - and yes, this does happen as I've been told before no certain item but on passing the window 5 mins or so later the tubs are full) - so no bacon....... I replied that I'd need to think of something else (I was offered sausage- had the server had bothered to find out what the order was going to be then sorry sausage wasn't an option- when I'd said no, I was told she was trying to think of breakfast items, I explained i wasn't there for a breakfast sandwich).
Then I also couldn't see any chicken breast, queried this as well..... to be told no chicken breast only rotisserie style chicken- I ended up having to go with this - I actually didn't want this, but I did need to order a sandwich for my lunch - there was absolutely no texture to the rotisserie chicken, I did want lettuce on the sandwich but I couldn't go for that as the air was oxidising it as it was left out to the elements. There was also hardly any sweetcorn in the tub.
Come on guys, give yourselves a shake if it's the case of you're waiting for a delivery (as it was claimed) then as a business that runs on its stock - you need to ensure that you've ordered more than enough to keep you going until your next delivery (yes hard to predict as you'll never know how many orders you could get..... but no bacon before 10am...... really) or if it was the case of the lass couldn't be bothered to fill the tubs up then this needs to be addressed
If I'd has the time, I'd have driven to Washington or The Arnison Centre

I want to start off by saying I am admittedly lazy and don't review often enough however.....
£34.60 order made via just eat
?An entire sub missing
?Sides were incorrect
?Mocha drink sent instead of Choc milkshake (no communication about this)
?Food wasn't even lukewarm, was all stone cold
?Late
Took food back next day, said not to request refund via just eat and to call shop to get order redone sometime in the future.... Yeah good luck getting them to answer phone
AVOID! Order literally anywhere else

If I could give less than 1 star I would on the call for 20 mins saying user busy and have missed half of my order terrible service

Been here today. Two ladies behind the counter gossiping, one young lady doesn?t have a clue what shes doing and clearly needs more training. Ordered a BBQ chicken and bacon, didn?t get asked what type of bread I wanted just got given white. The chicken tasted awful, dried out and had no flavor. The chairs and tables were covered in stains and crumbs. I use subway weekly and I must say this is the worst I have been to in the north east.

How can you order 5 things half of them are missing and the stuff that has turned up is wrong you can't get through to the shop it's disgraceful I will going back for a full refund in the morning for when the shop opens £35 wasted, food wasted and looking at previous reviews they don't give a flying.... Should be shut down expensive overrated rubbish

I ordered pizziola submelt. Waited ages for order and what I recieved was alot of sauce with a little bit of cheese on white bread base, no top and no meat, mozzarella, pepper or red onions. Was freezing cold. Very unhappy,

3pm put order in its now half 5 trying to call but phones saying busy all the time so most be off the hook total joke will not order from this store ever again and they best give me my money back as well are I will come too the store in personLass just came with the food at 6pm stone cold sent her back with it and told them I will do a refund the girl was lovely and at no way to blame it's the store that's the problem not the drivers just want to make that clear

Ordered from just eat, almost 2 hour delivery and when it came 2 items were missing?.tried ringing the shop about it and no answer, then they disconnected phone so no one could ring, keep away!

My husband and I are from the US and were hesitant to eat Subway because of our distaste for it where we live (skimpy on ingredients and never fresh) This Subway was great! We were in November 30th a little before close and the lady who helped us was simply wonderful. She gave us such full sandwiches, I had never experienced that at a Subway before. Our food was so good that we ate Subway 4 more times on our short trip to the UK, but all were at different locations and NONE of them made as good of sandwiches, it was a disappointment every time. The lady working, (who was from Scotland) was very kind with us Americans who had no idea how it works over here. We enjoyed our dinner very much and wish we could go to this store again.

3 hours after placing an order, no contact, no food, and no-one picking up the phone either. Shame as used to really rate this Subway. But now would recommend
