Lynn at Chester le Strret post office was very efficient and friendly while she sorted our new passports for us , Lynn also gave us travel /travel insurance brochures and told us about pending offers.

We turned up early for our passport renewal appointment, and we were seen to immediately by Lynn. We found Lynn very pleasant, professional and very thorough, After about 30 minutes our application was completed. A big thank you to Lynn, and would certainly recommend the Post office to others.
