Used to be nice and organised when you wanted to buy something. Now the staff don't understand the concept of a queue, randomly selecting people from here and there like it's a bar. No order, no function. Customer service skills are also lacking, such as basic common courtesy. To be honest I try to avoid this branch if possible.

With the doorway from the mall locked, and the only way in through a little shutter it isn't very appealing. The bigger shutter never opens, surely open that and lock the door so still only 1 way in and 1 way out? The store itself is what you would expect from Boots, always clean and bright but could do with a couple of extra staff. I use it because it is convenient, but that is all.
