Tried to call to enquire about rejoining surgery - The lady who answered the telephone would not even let me get my words out of my mouth to explain the situation - Twice she interrupted me - I appreciate these days a dental practice must get 100 similar calls a day but her manner was very rude and very unprofessional.

Sam was unbelievable. I've had a fear of extractions since a childhood and he talked me through everything, was gentle and incredibly patient. I've never had a dentists be so understanding. He is a credit to himself and your company.

Dr McGookin is quite simply the best dentist. She's patient, kind and very caring. I've had two lots of treatment; an extraction followed by two big fillings and an extraction. I can honestly say it was painless; due to Lauren taking time for the anaesthetic to work and for me to be comfortable to proceed, and for her careful approach. It's lovely to see a young person at the top of her game. Someone who is definitely in the right job. Thankyou and we'll done

Everything is good, but the quality of treatment towards patients who do not speak English is not good. I wouldn?t recommend the service to anyone, but I don?t think anyone from the clinic will be upset. I was ready to pay for the services, I really wanted paid fillings, but there were a lot of questions and re-writes before I was given a choice without a choice, I left the clinic, I was upset, but I don?t regret it. I think about my health and teeth - this is the most important thing! This is the second case in my family of poor quality treatment in this clinic! There is a fact and confirmation! Yes, I had re-bookings, but no one remembered why: 1) the clinic employee called and rescheduled the appointment - ok, no problem, I agreed, although it was difficult for me to understand her on the phone and this was discussed, but that?s my problem. .. OK!; 2) I came to the appointment 5 minutes late - the first bus strike and I had a problem, I apologized and they rescheduled me; 3) I simply got sick - fever, cough, throat and asked by email to reschedule the appointment, writing 3 letters and on the day of the appointment, lo and behold, the clinic saw and made changes; 4) arrived separately and re-registered; 5) came for an examination and listened to everything. instructions regarding rescheduling an appointment - it?s good that this is the name of wine, albeit with good reasons! ; 6) came for treatment prescribed by the doctor and refused silver fillings - I wanted to pay for better quality fillings and find out the price and schedule treatment, but they only offered me free amalgam fillings... I agree these are the rules, but we are from a developed country, we are Ukrainians, we are trying to understand the rules of the UK and not be a problem for either the country or the doctors..., but in our country there is paid dentistry and we received good white fillings - we had a choice and if not for the war, we would have treated our teeth at home as planned, but we from that part of Ukraine where there is war, where there are sounds of sirens and bombs... alas, that?s why my children and I are here... Sorry, but we are not homeless and not knowing the English language at the proper level does not deprive us of the right to quality service.. Peace and goodness to everyone! I don?t wish anyone to leave their home and wander around the world... But, no matter what! I thank England and the British for their kindness to us! I wish the clinic to be kinder and more attentive to all patients!

Denture replaced best thing I have had done having had a number break on me. This new one is so comfortable and not caused me any problems at all over the last two years. Excellent service in measuring and fitting. Thoroughly recommend

Absolutley fantastic service. For 30 years i have been stressed by even the mention of a dentist but the staff from entering the building made my visit easy and comfortable.

4 months after 'it's just sensitivity after filling" I ended up getting a root canal with a different dentist. Probably not my first choice in the future.

Wanted to update my review as it was three years old. Once again I thank all the wonderful staff at All Smiles. They are an excellent and professional team. Dr A Mahorta is a brilliant dentist, explains everything so thoroughly. Today she restored a broken front tooth for me and it looks amazing I would like to thank her for seeing me at short notice.Also I would like to mention that the appearance of the practice looks great. I know this is exactly what Chester le Street needs.

I?ve had lots of bad experiences with dentists in the past so safe to say I hate the dentist, however I went today and was met but a lovely Irish dentist who made me feel relaxed. She was absolutely fantastic and very gentle. Best dentist experience yet.

Been coming to this Dentist for about 18 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.I've broke my tooth and going to the Dentist tomorrow. I'm bit scared but I know I'll be in safe hands .If you need a Dentist I'd recommend this one.
