It would be fair to say sometimes things haven’t gone to plan, late or no shows for example, but overall my wife, who is the user, and I think the service is good. The staff we have met have been kind and compassionate and are due some praise and recognition for the work they do. Whip the management by all means, but the service is actually the care givers and we love them all.”
