Dr Neville always takes time to listen to my concerns. She always offers advice and provides me with a treatment plan and when necessary, quickly refers me to see a specialist. I've never had an issue getting an appointment and all staff are very friendly

Been registered here for 3 years or so, and been in a handful of times, maybe less.I have to say, I've never come across a doctor who has absolutely no interest for their patients wants and/or needs, and has the arrogance to have an astonishing level of uncompassionate, self absorbed self importance, as Doctor Neville.That's before I even go into the incompetence I've personally experienced from Doctor Neville who put down the wrong foot that needed an X-Ray? That's just one of eye opening issues I have experienced.I'll be taking any future needs I have for help elsewhere......I'd advice anyone else to do the same.

Highly recommended and by far one of the best practices in the area. Always manage to get an appointment. Lots of choice of times and locations. Lots of varied appointments.Great professional practice that knows it?s patients as individuals and not just a number. Great local find and a surgery that actually cares!All Staff genuinely care and always try to help!They go above and beyond a normal doctors surgery.Doctors know their patients and are quick to help wherever they can. They also phone back when they say they will.Everything is confidential and kept highly professional at all times. The reception / admin staff will also make polite conversation with anyone without prejudiceAppointments can be made online or over the phone.Great service thanks to all

A few months ago i went this practice and got did a normal checkup, so the doctor did my weight and my height etc. They said i was 60kg and my my weight was okay for my height. I go now and a different doctor does the same, 53kg this, but somehow i am dangerously underweight. Now i have been diagnosed with a eating disorder, when i have gained weught from last time. It is disgusting how to 'professional' can have too different outlooks on my health. How i csn i be healthier being 3kg lighter than i am now?
