i visited vision express at bishop aucland and had an eye test needed two prescriptions and ordered three pairs of glasses one pair being an expensive set of prescription safety glasses. was told the safety specs woult take a week to come but in fact turned into five weeks to come.a few weeks after recieving my safety glasses... read full comment

Disgraceful service. As soon as I said I didn't want to contribute to prescription glasses, the staff were very uninterested and talking amongst themselves.You should be ashamed, and I certainly won't come back!!
