We?ve had several great experiences with Travis Perkins in Bishop Auckland, and they?ve genuinely got us out of a few tight spots when we were running short on materials during jobs. In this line of work, timing is everything ? and having a reliable local supplier like Travis Perkins makes all the difference.
The team at this branch are always helpful, friendly, and quick to act. Whether it?s last-minute timber, roof sheets, cement, or fixings, they?ve managed to sort us out more than once with fast, no-fuss service. Even when we?ve turned up in a rush or made a call close to closing time, they?ve gone out of their way to help us get what we need and keep the job moving.
Stock levels are generally solid, and if they don?t have something in, they?ll usually find a way to get it in fast. The yard team are sound and loading is always efficient ? no messing about, which we appreciate when time?s tight.
Overall, Travis Perkins Bishop Auckland is a proper builder?s merchant ? dependable, experienced, and great to deal with. We?ll continue using them and wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them to other trades in the area.

Staff are friendly and approachable and the prices are reasonable.There's not a lot else that can be said about an establishment that provides building equipment and isn't strictly geared up for serving the DIY market.

Brilliant service from all the staff at Bishop Auckland. We have been doing a church conversation our selves over 8 years, and everyone of the team have been excellent, really helpful, professional and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for wood and building materials.
