I visited you store tecently looking for a baby milk. Its not an easy task finding the right milk for my baby. After i asked Kim and Courtney for help they went over and above to help me. I'm really grearful for all the help they gave me and whatever you pay them thay deserve more.

No tills open with a trolley piled high told to use self service while workers stood about doing nothing, ended up walking away as it took forever and the self service wasn?t big enough for our shopping absolute joke of a place

I was in store earlier today with my husband --as he wasn't,t feeling well he went to the car & I proceeded to put our shopping through the selfserve checkout . I was ready to pay then realised my hubby had the clubcard ----a lovely assistant (Tim) was so patient & very helpful --- thank you Tim ?

I would just like to thank a member of staff at the Tesco's Bishop Auckland for her outstanding customer service, the lady was a cleaner working there on Friday morning 28th March, I was getting eggs and noticed there were no white eggs which I prefer, I know it's daft as they taste the same, the cleaner lady was passing and we had a conversation about white eggs and a bit of a chuckle, I said I would just take the brown ones as there was no white ones, I walked away and joined the checkout queue which was quite a distance from the egg section, when I turned around when this lovely lady had found me a box of white eggs and shed found me at the checkout, she is a credit to your store, sorry I didn't catch her name but she had short blonde hair.

Huge store, long opening hours but lately a lot of empty shelves

I went into the store to buy a pair of gloves for walking trips. Despite being late in the season they had one pair of gloves that were perfect but not priced. I asked for assistance from a member of staff who pronounced that because they do not have a label she would definitely not get able to sell them to me! I was absolutely infuriated to have them taken off me and made unavailable! I am sure there must be some way that they can put a clearance price on them to facilitate a sale?

Used the click and collect service a few times now, the staff who have brought my shopping out have been friendly and helpful. Used scan and go previously too, this has been an easy experience. A store with a good offering and an improved clothing section too.
