Asked whether a sauce was vegan and staff member was passive. I was double charged on my order and when we went back in they were very passive again, pushing to take cash and ended up giving us the amount in small change without even asking if that was ok. Felt like they rushed us out the door, love subway but won't be back to this branch

Very rude staff. Make you feel very unwelcome. The place is filthy, one lady was using her nail to scrape the dirt from in-between the metal salad dishes. No please or thank you. No patience at all either.

My local subway is due to close at 9pm each Tuesday, however today they decided to close their doors early. I arrived at 7pm and realised the door was locked, reading the opening and closing times sheet stuck to the door it said the store was open 7:30am-9pm, after reading this I had to ask the woman present in the store if the shop was closed to which she replied yes. I appreciate we all enjoy an early finish, but two hours early is taking the piss a little. Update your opening and closing times both online and in store thanks.

The place is filthy, tomato sauce up the side, grime, debris and leftover food left all over the counter, the glass top was smeared with sauce and grease stains, the lady serving was coughing up all over the place and took her 15 mins to serve one person. The worst subway I've ever entered, sorry not sorry ?

Recently moved to the Bishop Auckland area. Tried this subway 3 times. The first time the lady was absolutely lovely and could not fault her whatsoever. The second time literally the same week the second experience wasn't as friendly I.e no please or thank you but the woman did perk up a bit in the end. The 3rd experience was the worst yet and unfortunately I would not be returning. The guy didn't even know how to make the sandwich I wanted and I noticed at least 3 flys where the meat section was. What was even worse the more senior member of the two just went out the back. Honestly how can a place go so downhill in the space of 2 weeks?After reading the comments on here I can see numerous people have had the same complaint.

First visit to any Subway.Lovely food...granddaughter enjoyed hers too.Thank youPlace was looking a bit tired but that was the colour of the decor.Maybe a rethink??
