Been to the butchers Graham Eyes inside the Spar on Two Occasions and I must say I have never came across a more unsociable butcher in my life, totally unprofessional within the retail trade, I have spent a fair pounds in this establishment and it hurts me to think this the person's is reaping the rewards, if the person is not the owner I hope this message finds him and he reads it, I will not be back ?shame as the products are good and tasty

Picked up a surprise bag said was £10 worth for £3.09 on to good to go app was never in a million years £10 worth lucky if it was worth the £3.09 rip off

Not the best fuel station to go to in Co Durham if your time is precious . Many customers park at pumps after drawing fuel and then decided to casually do shopping in store extremely time consuming. No fuel only till which would b a great benefit if it could b implemented very annoying . Use to spend about £500 + per month now sadly go somewhere else

Really clean modern shop. Most of what you need on a day to day basis is available. There is also a brilliant butcher's in the store too.

Stopped here today after coming off the moors, as fuel getting a bit low...I know it's a Shell garage, but even so, what a rip off....nearly £20 for 2 gallons of diesel...extortion!Their loss, as if it had been a reasonable price, I was going to fill the tank, so £60 or so lost sale. To make matters worse, the pay point is in the Spar shop that forms part of the petrol station, numerous checkouts, but only one manned. So people just wanting to pay for fuel had to queue while they checked basket full of groceries though the one checkout that was manned. Get another checkout open for Spar customers please, and have a dedicated till for the fuel customers. It's not rocket science!
