“Called into this store (st Helens, bp, Auckland ) ths morning for only milk 4 pints of blue top milk and 4 pints of green took a trolley as find it difficult to carry a basket however got more than just milk 8 items in total, tills where full with people with weekly shoping and not wanting to wait that long went to the hand basket till where was told by a very unpleasant person on the till that trolleys were not allow on that till, told him could not carry a basket when buying 8 pints of milk and as there was less than ten items didnt i see any propblem as most supermarkets say 10 items or lest on those tills. after that he didnt speak i even had to ask him how much the bill was never asked for my points card and even started to put my shopping through before customer before me had finshed and left the till area. Apart from this unpleasant trip i like this store.”
