Until this morning, when I received a refund, I was not going to leave a review.This is why I reconsidered.I received a refund receipt on a generic complement slip. No apology for wasting time, or the inconvenience, no compensation to cover the costs of me having to return to the store on 6 occasions, not even a thank you... read full comment

I needed my hearing aid checked. Staff easily identified problem and repaired it. Also given spares in case problem returned.
