The past 3 times I have visited the branch to withdraw an amount of money I can't withdraw at the cash machine I have been waiting almost 30 minutes for conversations about personal lives, peoples retirement, weekends with the kids and just generally things that could be talked about on their personal time to finish, people... read full comment

I am very sorry for this score , I am disabled and was desperate to speak to the branch on a matter only they could resolve, unfortunately I could not get past the telephone banking line and was unable to speak to you . I have been in a serious state for the past 5 weeks but that apparently does not matter . Please fight... read full comment
