Put £10 worth of fuel in the car and took £70 out my bank don?t recommend then when I went In they said there?s nothing they can do ,do not pay at the pump takes all your money!

Wouldn?t let my 2 YEAR OLD daughter who needed a wee bad use the toilet!!! Disgusting they lied about not having a toilet (I know they do) and had to take her into big shop and by the time we got there she had weed herself!!! Disgusting!!! Selfish horrible people.

Quite possibly the silliest fuel station I have been to. They have signs at all of the pumps saying please use both sides we have extra long hoses, except they don't and when you try to stretch them to fit you get shouted at by the attendant. This happened to me and a few other whilst I was there. Easy solution is to remove the signs, people read and follow them

I am in a wav vehicle so need assistance to get fuel. Never been before so called Sainsbury's to ask if I could get assistance, they said yes. The staff member was very helpful giving me more details if I need to call again. Filled my vehicle and was very friendly, highly recommend and a bonus the fuel was cheapest in the area.

Couldn't pay at pump for some reason So had to go into a empty kiosk to pay, with 3 staff chattering away. I Was pretty much ignored until one of them finally decided to acknowledge me.Not the cheapest fuel and certainly not the warmest welcome.Not sure if I will be back. No ..I am sure .. I won't be.

Very friendly staff. Car broke down at pump and had to wait several hours. Staff offered me coffee several times and invited me to wait in the shop as it was cold outside. As said before VERY FRIENDLY STAFF! Petrol prices are also good.

People unchallenged going into kiosk to pay for fuel without wearing masks. The gloves have been moved from the relatively low covid risk area of the pumps to inside the kiosk. From a Covid-safe point of view, the only positive is the pay at the pump facility.

This Petrol station is slightly better than Tesco's across the road. They both offer some of the cheapest fuel for miles. Unlike Tesco this one offers free water & air. It has a car wash available to the rear of the kiosk. It offers about 10 fuel pumps and can be busy as it's slightly closer to the bypass. It's right beside Bishop Auckland Football ground. Sunday's can be awaiting game in a queue.
