Have used this place for years.
Ordered via their app as I?ve always done, this time no confirmation of order yet money taken from bank.
Phoned shop and told ?we don?t have an app?, let they advertise the app in their shop!
The member of staff disbelieved me when I said I made order 6 days ago via the same app, he then hung up.
Last time I got a pizza it was a stuffed crust, but all they did was make base thinner and roll it over on edges, there was nothing in the crust.
Another time I found a big spider under a slice.
Don?t use this place!

Ordered at 1am for it to not be delivered, rang up and turns out the driver had left my food 2 doors along, when I rang I was given a bunch of abuse and threats to come to my door and slap me by the driver when I asked to speak to someone about a refund as was left on someone else's doorstep for around 25/30 minutes then my number was blocked

hair in my food like alot, soggy chips and the bun was falling apart (we ordered 2 chip butties kebab
and we only ate a few chips and barley any kebab as the hairs put us off

Got chips, bolognese, and cheese.
Wasn?t great, left most of it, wouldn?t get again, apparently the parmo was good though.

food is lovely, it was delivered on time. we read the horrible reviews and still decided to give it a go and it was the best decision of my life. food was very warm and the chips and pizza were cooked perfectly, will be ordering again.

Food came 30 minutes late and the food was absolutely raw and they didn?t allow us to refund. Only good thing to come out of it was the can of soda.

Box was soaking wet with grease and the food was cold/wet too absolutely horrible
They can?t make parmos at all, cheese was rock solid, chicken tasted funny asf and their bbq is horrid

had to wait over an hour for our food to be cold , soggy and unappetising. I asked for a cheese chicken burger and instead I got a ?chicken burger?with no cheese and it being cold . Definitely find somewhere better to eat than this place.

Absolutely vile! Took over an hour to arrive, the chips were soggy, chicken burger we didn?t even dare to eat, the pizza was greasy and the wraps were tasteless

Called them up over pink, undercooked chicken in wraps and was immediately told that it was because of the "new sauce they do" in a semi-joking voice by a male employee. Take a look at the pics and judge for yourself. Not worth the risk ordering from here.
