I ordered click and collect items and checked they were in stock in the store, which they were. When I arrived at the store, the staff took ages at the till and finally tell me that I would have to come back another day to collect it. I needed it today at it was medicine for my dog. Very disappointed and now have to wait for my next day off of work to pick it up.

Our dog had to go on hyperallogenic diet & we found tinned foods treats & biscuits with the help of staff & informed staff who said we could save by ordering regularly & delivered to store or home! Couldn't be more helpful!

Could not be more helpful
Just got a puppy and needed everything. I know we should have been more prepared but there you go
Asked endless questions and sought any advice possible and found the 3 or 4 girls I spoke to engaging and very knowledgable
One of the girls talked me through the app and saved me well over a score which in these times is nothing to be scoffed at

Really helpful and friendly staff. Despite being a massive chain, great personal service. Just make sure you have their app installed as you'll probably miss out on some good discounts.
