Been going to the bishop Auckland branch about a year now can?t really fault it all I will mention is is there any chance of getting a more standardised uptempo music for when you?ve forgotten your headphones or they die as sometimes the music really doesn?t motivate you and can be a little quiet? Also I don?t know if anything can be done about this but I tend to go between 4-6 a.m straight from work and only having the disabled toilets to get changed in can mean a que can occasionally form or wanting to rush your shower, is there any way the changing rooms can be 24 hours with the gym?

IMPOSSIBLE CONTRACT TO EXIT!!!
To the owners of ONEGYM. I?ve tried for weeks to cancel my membership and have complied with all the requirements you?ve asked for. I asked to cancel my contract after being a member for a few weeks (3) and was informed by email that if I provide my forwarding address my contract would be terminated early. however, I keep getting emails saying I need to provide more documentation including my medical records. I can?t refer to my contract for cancellation as I wasn?t given a copy. I didn?t fill the form in but had to sign it before I could use any of the equipment. It?s almost impossible to cancel it and I?m now inundated with contact from debt agencies. This is not a credit facility, it?s a gym membership so there is no debt outstanding

I've been using onegym bishop Auckland for two months now and I love it. You don't have to wait to use equipment even at peak times as there is so many pieces of equipment. The staff are polite and the place is absolutely spotless. No judgment, good atmosphere and I would recommend 100%

Really good gym, loads of quality equipment personally big fan of panatta so really enjoyed training here, cybex equipment as well, good lighting and really modern

Gym itself is well equipped but freezing cold changing rooms and lukewarm showers mean I will be looking to join another gym.

Trained here since the gym opened, parking good, gym equipment very good, staff very helpful,has I am always leaving strap/ wraps, training tops, etc, but and staff will always look for them, also made quite a few friends, pay a visit??
