They try and push extras on you when you don't need them. You can pay as much as you want to pay off the handset which brings the price of the contract down

No one seems to have a clue what they?re are talking about, the store manager has anger issues and struggles to hide them, they will miss sell you products just to make more money knowing it?s not what you asked for and when confronted about the fact that they had lied to get an extra sale they soon turn aggressive and rude. Would definitely be better off travelling further to a different store or using a different provider they are more interested in making money over advising you on better deals that are available.

Was told I had a 14 day cooling off period on my new contract but O2 decided differently. I cancelled after 12 days due to horrendous support but they charged me £10. I'm still trying to recover my money but not easy.
