Staff were friendly and had a quick look at my iPhone when it wouldn?t charge. They couldn?t repair it themselves, but pointed me across the road to a local phone repair shop they said might be able to help.
Unfortunately, the place they recommended ended up doing a terrible repair job that cost me £139 to fix properly elsewhere. I don?t blame the O2 team directly ? they were trying to help ? but it?s worth them thinking twice about who they refer people to.

Myself and my elderly mother went into the shop to cancel my phone contract which was billed to her account and to open a new account which could be billed to me. I asked the clerk 4 or 5 times if the old account was cancelled before opening my new account. She reassured me several times that it had been. When my mother?s sister died she looked at the accounts in her name (she had to cancel her sister?s account which was billed to her) and found that my old bill was still being taken out of her account- they hadn?t cancelled it and had been charging me for the new one. The charges had racked up to £500 from the point we cancelled it. We complained by phone, went into the shop and have basically been told it?s our fault and we can?t get any of the money back. The entire family have been customers for probably a decade or more with many accounts. My mother in particular has had several accounts.she even got a text telling her that if she cancelled her current phone contract she would be liable to pay the full amount and then after they deleted it- I imagine because they realised it was in bad taste

My iPhone has broken so I ordered a new one from the O2 shop in Bishop. I was told there was no white ones but could pick one up from the Durham shop the next day. I rang the Durham shop at 3pm the next day as I?d heard nothing to be told they knew nothing about it. I rang the Bishop branch who told me the phone would be available from the 9th. It isn?t. I rang 02, got put through to India where the assistant advised me to contact the store. ???. Where on Earth is my phone? Tell me and I?ll go and get it. I?ve dealt with o2 for donkeys years but this experience has been and is dreadful. What?s happened to your customer service. At least keep me informed by email or text about any delays.

Not happy - very poor customer service! Returned mobile WiFi device within 2 days due to poor network coverage. Received threatening letter from credit company and now text to say they are taking £253.99 for a device I returned within the cooling off period. They've already taken £22. 00 out of my account which shouldn't happened. Been into shop to discuss, young female assistant, dismissive and unhelpful. Ricky tried and said he'd resolve but appears to be no further forward.Dont want to end up with poor credit due to inefficiency of someone in the team ( or process.) Will be visiting shop again to try and get sorted! Online complaints don't respond either. If this is typical...please avoid!!

Lost mine returned galaxy watch I think one of staff back pocketed now I have to pay o2 for nothing as teenager staff not one of them knows what's going on don't go there they will open a account your name sell on black market then you have to pay for it I am expecting going court sue them teenagers

They try and push extras on you when you don't need them. You can pay as much as you want to pay off the handset which brings the price of the contract down

No one seems to have a clue what they?re are talking about, the store manager has anger issues and struggles to hide them, they will miss sell you products just to make more money knowing it?s not what you asked for and when confronted about the fact that they had lied to get an extra sale they soon turn aggressive and rude. Would definitely be better off travelling further to a different store or using a different provider they are more interested in making money over advising you on better deals that are available.

Much prefer going to an 02 shop to get my upgrade. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable nothing too much trouble.
