These opening hours are ridiculous. Fair enough if it?s opened on the weekend but they aren?t. Do they not expect most people to be working average 9-5 every week day. It?s a joke.

No issue with the staff or services here (exept the offer of a loan or morage everytime I go in for anythong lol) but it is riddicules that the store is still operating limited opening hours when most other people, industries and learning facilities are back to usualy working practices and hours. Makes it very hard to actually get to my bank but prehaps that is the plan, will be switching banks soon!

Overall ok, but it can take longer to get served than you think as the person in front of you may suddenly be confronted with a sales pitch for a mortgage or some other financial product. In the case I experienced, the guy took a couple of minutes to deposit his cash, then it took a further 5 minutes to negotiate a no deal on a flippin' loan! I voiced my opinion on this practice, only to be told to have a really nice day. Well, I like efficiency. You know, going in to do a 2 minute task and back out the door to get on with the rest of my day. That makes me happy so do this for me please next time, and see the smile on my face as I leave lol. Rant over.

My partner and I went in for mortgage advice, the lady that we spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were more than happy to take a mortgage out with them. Would highly recommend them to any house buyer.

Only 1 member of staff on, but 15 deep trying to get served. Took over45mins to be served.. Sort it out

Poor service with miss information!!! Went in to open another account had all the relevent infomatinfo. To be told use the app it's quicker. When this intact not true! I need the account staight away and am not into week 2 waiting for it to soon as have to send the information away when I had it in store. The question was out the door with Min staff in branch .... You need to sore this out it's one thing having people wait for over 1 hour but then to be given miss information is another. I will be making a complaint in full to may West as all these cut to save you money is not in the customers best intrests.

The staff are very helpful - but the place looks like a morgue. Customer service is very low on NatWest priorities - as it costs money.

Great bank with helpful staff. The new express banking system is excellent - fast and easy to use, you can withdraw, deposit and make payments from the same machine. There is a machine free to use for Natwest customers that automatically counts loose change for easy depositing in to bank accounts.
